A WARM WINTER CELEBRATION OF FABULOUS FIBRE ART. The Murrindindi Beanie & Fibre Festival is being held both live in the Alexandra Shire Hall, Alexandra, and via online auction in 2026. We would love our beanie fest family to post or deliver your creations to us. The time is right to get creative again. Everyone can join in on the Beanie Fest fun. The Murrindindi Beanie and Fibre Festival is always looking for community knitting groups or individuals to get involved and support the festival. The MBFF is non for profit with money raised going towards providing wood for the elderly and disadvantage and numerous community based projects in the Shire of Murrindindi with 2026 focus being on local CFA groups following the recent bush fires that devistated many areas within Murrindindi Shire.
Collection of Beanies:-
Following the completion of the Beanie Fest auction on Sunday the 24th of May, sold beanies will be available for collection from 4-6pm in the Alexandra Shire Hall or collection by arrangement. While online items will be posted to you upon receipt of payment for goods and provided all postage details.
